At Peg we get excited about new projects, but we also understand the importance of remaining focused until the end- when we have delivered a great product. This requires a real discipline, especially when the team is small and you need everyone to be a good starter AND a good finisher. Extract: Great Finishers force themselves to stay focused on the goal, and never congratulate themselves on a job half-done.
