This week isn’t an article, but a classic, old-school youtube about leadership by Derek Sivers. The famous First Follower: Leadership Lessons from Dancing Guy is a classic, and its lessons never go out of date - particularly around how to build a movement. The other element we like about this video is that it shows us that the role of leadership goes beyond one person in the team. The youtube is also a fun, good way to learn lessons about leadership.
